Delivery Information
We ship all our products from Switzerland within 48 hours. As soon as the product is shipped, you will receive a parcel number to track its status. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, which we do not manage.
It is important to provide your mobile phone number and email address to be kept informed of the delivery of your package.
You can track your package on the La Poste CH website ( https://www.post.ch/fr ).
Information regarding returns
If you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, the product must be in perfect condition for resale, i.e., complete, unopened, and unused.
Upon receipt of your package, the product will be checked. If it meets the return conditions, we will refund the payment method used for the purchase.
Otherwise, we will regret not accepting the return.
For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to exfoliating gloves.
