What are the shipping times for your products?

We process your order within 2 to 3 days and then the shipping time varies between countries. We will send you a shipping number to track your package.

  • Switzerland: on average 2 working days
  • Europe: on average 7 working days (excluding customs control)
  • Others: varies by country (excluding customs control)

Our offices are located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We're sorry to hear this. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: boticateam@hotmail.com and we'll send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

If your order is delayed, please contact us via the contact form to check why it took longer than expected. Depending on the country, customs clearance may extend delivery times.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course process the payment, provided the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not on sale. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to exfoliating gloves.
